Energy vs money

Today, I wanted to write a small post about how we spend our energy daily. Before I get into that, I want to talk about money. Most of us, irrespective of our financial status, really care about where we are spending our money and think once or twice before spending on it. Some of us may be more philanthropic whereas others may indulge in self-care. But, we want to spend more on what we want to and give a thought about it before taking action.

Do we think the same way about where we spend our energy? As per the law of thermodynamics, energy can be neither created nor destroyed but can be transformed…
